Our Wild Alaska Sockeye Salmon Fillets are harvested by us - the fishermen - with premium care from catch to final package. Within seconds of being caught, each fish is carefully bled and chilled in ice water to preserve freshness and quality. The salmon is then filleted, vacuum sealed, and flash frozen to deliver true off-the-boat freshness that lasts all year.
 
Each 25 lb case includes approximately 17 individually vacuum-sealed fillets, with each fillet averaging around 1.5 lbs (24 oz). These premium fillets are ideal for stocking your freezer with dependable, wild-caught salmon for everything from weeknight dinners to special gatherings.
When properly frozen, fillets will keep for up to two years from harvest date. For best flavor and texture, we recommend enjoying them within 12–18 months.
