Our Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon Fillets are caught by us, the fishermen, with premium quality and care. Within seconds of being caught, each fish is bled and chilled in ice water. They are then filleted, flash frozen and vacuum sealed for off-the-boat freshness that lasts year long.
There are about 17 fillets in this 25 lb case. Each fillet weighs an average of 1.5 lbs (24 oz.) and and is individually vacuum sealed. Fillets will last for two years from the harvest-date if properly frozen. We recommend consuming within 12-18 months for best quality.

After our summer harvest arrives off the frozen barge from Alaska in late September, we host seasonal Salmon-Stock-Ups for local pick-up every Fall, Winter, and Spring in Sandpoint, Bonners Ferry, CDA, Liberty Lake, Spokane, and Tri-Cities.
