We’re excited to offer a limited inventory of this premium wild catch from Alaska’s cold, pristine waters. Wild Alaska Halibut is widely considered one of the finest whitefish in the world, prized for its mild flavor, firm texture, and beautiful pearl-white fillets.
 
Carefully harvested with premium quality and care, each fish is professionally hand-trimmed, filleted, de-boned, portioned into generous 6–8 oz cuts, vacuum sealed, and flash frozen to preserve peak freshness, flavor, and texture.
 
Halibut’s clean, delicate flavor and firm, flaky texture make it one of the most versatile fish you can keep in your freezer.
