We’re excited to share a limited-release product we’ve been developing behind the scenes: our Smoked Wild Alaska Black Cod Candy Strips.
 
This is our second small-batch sample run as we continue refining what we believe could become something truly special. Using premium Wild Alaska Black Cod - one of the richest, most luxurious fish in Alaska’s waters - we’ve carefully crafted these smoked strips to highlight Black Cod’s naturally buttery texture, high omega-3 content, and rich, subtly sweet flavor.
 
Black Cod’s exceptional oil content makes it uniquely suited for smoking, creating a tender, silky bite with deep flavor and beautiful richness. Through careful recipe development, smoke time adjustments, and small-batch experimentation, we’re dialing in a final product we’re incredibly excited about.
