Our Wild Alaska Sockeye Salmon Portions are sourced from the highest grade of the catch and carefully selected for premium quality. Harvested in Alaska’s cold, nutrient-rich waters, each fish is handled with exceptional care from the moment it’s caught.
Within seconds of harvest, every fish is bled and chilled in ice water to preserve freshness, texture, and flavor. The salmon is then filleted, de-boned, portioned, vacuum sealed, and flash frozen to deliver off-the-boat freshness that lasts all year.
This 10 lb case includes approximately 25 individually vacuum-sealed portions, each averaging around 6 oz, making it an easy and convenient way to stock your freezer with premium wild salmon for everyday meals.
When properly frozen, portions will last up to two years from harvest date. For best flavor and quality, we recommend enjoying them within 12–18 months.
